Just got off the phone with one of her team members, Beyond UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! We are repairing one of their customer vehicle and State Farm refuses to pay for a SAFE and PROPER repair...So we had the customer come to the shop while the adjuster was here. So that they fully understand what they are refusing to pay for. So he wanted to contact his INSURANCE AGENT to get some questions answered...The Agent at Kathleens office started yelling over the phone telling us we have no right questioning the adjuster, he knows what hes doing? REALLY? We have over 27 years in the business of repairing Vehicles, we are not in BED with the insurance company...That was one of the most Irresponsible thing to say that we can not question the adjuster who works for STATE FARM. So anyone ready this PLEASE stay away from STATE FARM...Google all the LAW SUITS against (Shady Repairs, After Market Parts ETC ETC) STATE FARM. If you cant call your agent for support what good are they, other than taking your money.
