I was sceptical coming here because of some reviews I read. From the moment I walked in I was greated by a super fun, energetic, sweetest girl named Nicole. She had the most beautiful contagious smile on. She walked me to my chair were I was greated by my stylist Jaqualine . I showed her a picture of a balayage I was interested in and she verbalized my vision. She knew exactly what she was talking about and made me feel comfortable with my decision. While she was applying my color I could tell she was very confident and experienced. As I waited for my color to come out I continued being amazed at the hard worker Nicole was. She sweapt, cleaned, organized, shampooed numerous clients hair all with such a love for what she does. Its nice seeing young employees love their work and work hard while they are on the clock. She seemed to be loved by everyone as well. My color came out great and I love how I felt walking out of the salon. I had a wonderful,sufficient 2 hours here. I will for sure be coming back.
Very unprofessional and not an experienced hairdresser. She forgot to cut one section of my hair. Went back to have correct and she made it worse. Will never go back to this location.

My mom never does anything for herself we finally get her to do so and this is how she is treated!! Not nice!!
My mom made an appointment for a color and cut, she wanted to use the gift card I got her for her 50th birthday, her appointment was for 10:45 today. Cactus called her at 10:40 to let her know her hairstylist was running late and would be ready at 11. My mom sat there for another 10 minutes (11:10 now) come to find out her hairstylist wasn't going to be done for another 15 minutes!
